Ive given it a 4 review even though it didnt work for me as it seems either ive been supplied a faulty cable or my fans need to support pwm signal sharing which mine clearly didnt

Checked the fans individually by connecting the fans directly to the motherboards header in turn and they were both quiet low rpm then reacted correctly to temperature rises and sped up

I proved the pwm signalling was working from the motherboard i know the fans reacted correctly when plugged direct into the motherboard but through this cable they didnt work as expected just ran full blast

The cable has one pwm connector with fan speed signal wire which is connected to the first fan

Molex connector pins have quite a bit of play so be careful when plugging that in hence only 4 stars

It has 1x 4 pin and 3x 3 pin connector as shown in the description

Splitters and arctics pst daisychaining can work but risk causing damage if the total current draw is more than 1a check the label on your fans
