Pros
It gets tossed into my car, is placed on various floor surfaces, is opened and closed and rummaged through daily. I love that it's waterproof. The outer shell is easy to clean, it’s kind of like a canvas material.
Cons
She was diappointed. The thing i disliked the most is the handles are stiff and permenantly bent from packaging. Not cool at all.
The zipper is totally jammed. I only have 3 one subject notebooks and a calculator and the zipper got jammed and it wont budge.

The quality is good and i have had no issues with daily use since i bought it a few months ago
The quality look makes it a bag to carry with pride
But i am 5’10” and the “extra large” looks just fine

The price was great and i would definitely buy again
