Go back to the last revision and molding. New models are also not as soft of a plastic. The plastic is too brittle.

Good design but the rigid pod holders come out of their snap in hole on the retainer piece. One earbud fits into the loop and the other snap area of the loop is totally out of shape.

As i was putting the pieces back in the package to ship back, i noticed the packaging says they bend.
