On the plus side it does include a nose clip to reduce snoring which was great news for my wife and for some reason this is not included in the contents listed on amazon

Also included are a pair of foam ear plugs and a nostril ring which i cannot seem to get to do anything

Its a half nose cover enough to keep light from the hollow between the eyes and the nose without impinging on breathing and above all it blocks out the light even when theres a bright lamp beside me
