It’s a sturdy, easy to construct, good quality product. The machine is quite heavy but sturdy. The actual device is larger than it probably looks, and quite heavy/solid.
It helps with arthritic stiffness. It encourages me to sit straighter in my chair while i'm using it. Great for my posture.
Starting slow and steady for low impact. Already the muscles that are usually inactive feel like they've done a little work. Im losing weight at a nice pace but more importantly feel much better.
Cons
It slides to a crooked angle and as a result my ankle hits the spindle part of the pedal.

Packaging/appearance
Added bonus is it’s low profile making it easy to slide into a corner out of the way
Competitiveness
I have hard wood floors and a wheely chair at home so i appreciated the addition of the leash to the chair to stop you sliding away
A wellmade and robust machine which to my surprise i can use easily and comfortably from a fairly upright armchair
Barring a few creaks you might get at the higher resistances it doesnt make a sound
Be warned incase you miss it as i did

We normally walk three or four times a week but due to government telling us we cant leave the house until august at least no walking means no keeping fit
