After applying the cream around the eyes i felt absolutely nothing

Whenever i apply concealer it will always look horrible unless i make sure my under eyes are moisturized well enough

Only caveat is not tested on animals vs cruelty freeits a per peeve loophole that means challenger may not animal test but contracts with those that do
