Pros

My cat, gracie, who is now 17 yrs old loves it also. My cat loves it. My furry ones love it.

New cat condos has quality cat condos unlike the cheap ones you see at the local shops. It's not too tall so the cats can jump from the floor to the perch. My cat absolutely loves this cat condo/perch.

This cat condo is perfect size. It helps discourage them from sharpening their claws on the furniture.

Each is very sturdy and easily withstands the weight of my 14lb, rambunctious 18-month old cat. They both fit snuggly in the top he’d portion, now.

This is my second one, the first one lasted 2 yrs (i have 3 indoor cats) and my cats love it. This one is meant to last.

Cons
