Pros

This one is solid wood and sturdy, much thicker and better quality rope. Sturdiness is great.

This cat tree is very sturdy and the lounge areas are big enough for my cats which is perfect. My older big fella has no trouble getting to the top perch. Both of my cats love the bottom perch to hide from critters on the deck.

Needed a well made perch/scratcher for my three cats. All the kitties love it. They use the sisal to scratch and it's not falling apart. The felines use it.

Have 10 yr old 20 lb diabetic savannah and 15 lb tabby. My 2 large, over 20 lbs each, love this perch and spend alot of time on it. But they are healthy and happy and on a diet, so no body shaming here please.

The tree appears sturdy, arrives completely assembled. There was no assembling needed. Loved that it came assembled and is much studier than other similar products.

Cons

This cat condo is an exception. This batch is a disgrace. Particle board and cheapcarpet.
