Pros

Love this cat tree. After owning for 4 months with 3 cats. The cats love it. 2 years owning this. This cat tree/condo is a great deal.

It's very sturdy and i'm not afraid of it tipping over. The screw on the third post works loose but i just grab a drill every six months and tighten it again.

My cats love jumping and sleeping on the different levels. Main * is 13, no problem jumping onto. His favorite place to decompress and catch some z's is the top tier.

It was almost fully assembled in a large box. Box was damaged upon arrival but item inside was perfect. It is super easy to assemble.

Cons

Already completely shredded. If anyone owns a pet who likes to eat things, this is a nightmare. I want my money back but they will not because the kittens were on it.

The screw on posts are not sturdy at all. The 3rd highest post is crooked. Should have spent the extra money and got the prestige cat tree.

I was looking for a tall condo and this one is perfect with a great price

The carpet is nicer than the one i bought from petsmart for twice the price i paid for this one
