The 2nd cradle from the top is not securely connected to the post. The connection is inaccessible, so we can't fix it by tightening, etc. The carpet is the cheapest worst * carpet imaginable.

We had an older style cat condo it had the u shape of this but only one u our cat always lays in the u shaper of it basically ignores the rest of the stuff

However this cat tree is tall skinny and wobbly so i have it against a wall for support

It still shakes a lot but is ok only because of the wall and i wouldnt trust it otherwise
