Pros

The quality is real carpet which my cats prefer to scratch. They spend a good deal of time napping on it or playing on it. It also provides scratching posts they can stretch up on.

I'm really happy with the neutral color - it blends in with everything. I love it and more importantly my 8 cats love it!

Our cat weighs about 15 pounds and has no problem with swaying. Our cats are 13-15 pounds each and fly up and down the tree, fall asleep, keep a lookout and otherwise have a blast on it everyday! I have 5 cat’s, 2 being ragdolls at 17 pounds.

Our maine * kitten then was allowed on it. It also is not large enough for an adult maine *.

There is a 50% restocking fee. And you have to pay your own shipping- which was going to be $70.
