I will start by saying that i was told by one of the sellers that this would not be a good cage for rats because of their tendency for chewing

One of the side walls did come damaged but i will not hold this against the review as it was an issue of shipment and not manufacturing

Luckily this damage is out of reach for the animals and only visible when the lid is up

I was lucky enough to have the cage be delivered in good shape except for a scratch on the window but they did include instructions on how to get a new piece if one of yours is damaged

Only reason its not a five is because the foundation is pretty shaky
