Pros

Table top kennel works well in my home where i didn't not want an unsightly dog crate in my decor. The one thing that annoys me with it is the door and latch. This was purchased to be utilized in a living room.

It’s super easy to assemble and overall it has a great minimalistic look.

My dogs love it. As to the chewing i think it depends feom dog to dog.

Cons

Dog chewed through aluminum bars and escaped the kennel. The bars are hollow at best and incredibly malleable so if your dog is determined to get out - they will. The screws are also plastic and dont hold well.

The plastic composite material that the crate is made from is not strong. It's less attractive, but a traditional crate would be a safer, more cost effective option.
