Like many others this was the better alternative to having to buy a new costly dishwasher rack for an aging dishwasher

Update dec2018 3 years later and had only 1 cap come off on 3 dishwashers

So dont plan on using just the caps or you will be constantly fishing them off the bottom of the dishwasher after a wash cycle

I had installed similar tine caps when the old dishwasher was new and even after 18 years of use the tines looked like new

I didnt have to use any glue or adhesive on the caps from 18 years ago so following my order i was surprised that uber goop sent me an email with all the instructions and they said the caps will not stay on without the adhesive

Additionally the instructions say to use in a well ventilated area and that the adhesive can be thinned with acetone so i expected a terrible smell
