Pros
Good quality quilt and well packaged. Extremely pleased with my purchase.
Warm yet lightweight. Very warm and cosy.
Cons
Seller claims smell is entirely natural. Amp; only wants it back if unopened and will not refund postage. Smells strongly of damp mould.
Do not waste your hard earned money on this dreadful product. I have been let down by this unprofessional company. Have reverted back to the old one.
All you can feel beneath the soft cotton cover is prickly feathers. This duvet sheds feathers terribly. It is noisy and uncomfortable to touch.

I did get a quote to wash as the dry cleaners but it cost more than what the duvet cost and was going to take a week

I’d say it’s probably ok to wash if you have a drier big enough to dry it quickly which i unfortunately don’t have

I had to wash this after a little accident from my child at night and i made the mistake of not totally drying properly as it smelt like a wet dog sort of smell for days

It was too heavy for mehave changed from a double to single bed and previously had a down quilt which was very light and very warmits good if you like weighti dont

Even the smart bag it came in has been recycled to store the spare duvet
