My company has one of our men onboard an oil platform in the middle of the ocean off the coast of norway. Usefully tactic on how to negotiate. Practical information on negotiation and persuasion that anyone can use.

Voss claims to be the best ostrich negotiator ever.
Most of this book is just a testimonial about how great he is. About 1/10 of the book is useful information. Imbued with self-importance and very repetitive.
Author appears to advocate focusing solely on the people problems and ignoring substantive issues. This apparently throws off the guy sitting opposite him and he ends up acknowledging that the author can teach us something. But i just find it disgusti... Read More

Hundreds of misspellings, grammatical errors, punctuation mistakes. Wrong words put in, unintelligible words or letters inserted without any reason.
