This is one of the most practical and useful books i’ve ever read. It helps create positive relationships with others, from complete strangers to loved ones.
For the novice negotiator it's a good primer for experiencing negotiator it’s a helpful refresher. Best negotiating education ever.

Hundreds of misspellings, grammatical errors, punctuation mistakes. Seems like people had weird missing pages and printing issues previously.
Voss' alpha ego is on display throughout the entire book. Voss has this * attitude that reeks of only one side of the story being told.
