Not great its mostly just like taking caffeine
I tried this product because i wanted to get more mental focus so i could be more efficient at my job and i also like the idea of it putting me in a better mood
I did not see any results from this product
I have since stated taking a product that actually works and i am over the moon impressed with how much focus it has brought me as well as so many other benefits the product is a couple of vitamins and some caffeine in a pill not at all worth the price
