Pros

Best voip device out there. Only gripe is that there is no voice message indicator. Dial 7 digits - get busy signal, then dial area code and 7 digit number. Sound is crisp and clear at my place anyway.

I have their cheapest account and my bill is around $20 a month after taxes. All of this with one of the cheapest yearly costs out there is a no brainer in my opinion.

Very satisfied with the device. No problem. The thing is rock solid! Here are my notes on what i did, and what i learned along the way.

Cons

Despite many attempts and computer reboots, no success was had.

Nettalk is 100% ignoring my tickets and flatly does not reply. They don't even read what you are complaining about when you submit a ticket.

Out of the box failure, including a faulty usb cord. There is no way to cancel and have the balance refunded.
