It looks good and uses hardly any energy (i checked on my smart meter! Finally broke and bought one of these. I am relieved to see it down in price. Delighted with my ice maker.

Like most ice machines, cleaning isn't the easiest job. Great for parties or making in advance and pre-*. Easy to drain.
As you scoop ice out it kicks back on - or as ice melts. We now have a routine, once or twice a week, i fill it with water, set it on and then fill a freezer bag with ice which lasts us a week.
Cons
The ice machine is defective and have notified amazon for a full refund. After 4 months has now broken with no eligibility for a return beyond 30 days.

I’ve is “soft ice” so great for drinks etc good value for money produces enough for us to keep drinks topped off and cool

A little pricy for some maybe but it’s a great addition to our household

We have a standard family sized freezer but there is rarely space for ice

It makes the first set of 10 ice cubes in less than 10 minutes then they keep coming thick and fast

Within half an hour or so you have a basket full of cubes that can be used straight away or placed in a bag then stored in your freezer

Though this level of cleaning shouldn’t be necessary at all if you are emptying the water after each use and storing it dry as per instructions
