Pros
The rain gauge is durable, reliable and very accurate. Easy to install and appears to be accurate. The entire netatmo rain station is very nice and informative.
Iot helps us determine rain fall in our city. I use a rainbird watering system which is wifi accessed. I get notifications as soon as it rains over. Slide top screen over and next screen is rain gauge info.
Cons
The software on this is aweful. Not recommended at all. It's just not dependable! Not ready for prime time. Apparently accountants design software at netatmo.
Accurate only during light, or semi medium rains.
The serial number is impossible to find on the base station unless i dismantle the darned thing.

The battery life on the outdoor module could be a little longer but otherwise we are happy with the netatmo system
I dont have another gauge to compare it to but the measurements ive gotten are consistent with the local weather reports

This is only 30 feet from the weather station receiver which is on the second floor of our home half way between the rain gauge and our wind gauge
