These are not nearly as oversensitive as others and being able to silence them with your phone is a godsend

My wife left the ash bin door open on the stove and left for work this caused the fire in the boiler to get out of control and caused a plug to melt sending smoke and water everywhere

Yea you do need them all to match or they can’t integrateno they don’t do 5ghz most smart home devices can’t

No they don’t require ipv6 but requiring ipv6 for an iot device is not at all unreasonable
