Pros

It's just so fresh and delicious and if you read about the science of why it’s really fascinating. The only downside is, the capsules are really expensive. Other than that, highly recommend it!

Aeroccino is the perfect cup of expresso, cappuccino, or americana. The warmer/froth machine that came with it is exactly as amazing. The coffee is flavorful and delicious.

Cons

The swinging water reservoir is awkward and it tends to leak. The instruction manual is a joke, with light font and all languages mixed together. I'm just so bummed by the quality of the machine.

High-level faults before getting into the fraud/scam details. I have run a cleaning cycle and rinse cycle, nothing helps. This is unacceptable.

Just flashes red and shuts off. I have to unplug it and let it sit for a bit. Button seems like it started sticking after 1 month.

Customer support * and it was too late to return it. After i order it i have to sign up and log in to website to get tracking number. Too late to get a refund.
