Pros
Inissia uses the original nespresso capsules. Comes with 14 sample pods along with the milk frother. Replaced another nespressoless machine that had lasted for over 8 years. Love the decaf pods.
This machine is a real time saver for me. It is compact so a great space saver.
Milk frother is unbelievable - foam you will not find at any coffee shop. I have a huge espresso machine when i’d make a cup i used the double spout and both my hubby and i would end up with the best americano.
Machine does not leak like some of the other reviews that i read. Sent a replacement, so far no leaking. Just get on amazon and get the dam thing.
The espresso is delicious, and the machine is small and sturdy. Some are made for espresso but can be very tasty in a lungo size too. Very delicious and easy for using.
Cons
Just a poor example of handling the product. Horrible quality seems fake machine. They seem poorly designed or assembled.

Set up is a breeze and it works very quickly — a good pull in about 50 seconds
This won’t get you cafe quality but if you like a simple espresso this machine delivers
We had been a manual slow coffee family but making back to back aero press or pour over coffees isnt doable some days

Resenable price easy to clean and looks elegant
I saved about 60bucks on this purchase
Packaging/appearance
The unit itself looks brand new and the aeroccino looks like it hasn’t been out of its packaging or even used
