With the two include poles it worked better set up diagonally. You need a sand shovel, scoop or something to scoop up sand. I go to the beach so regularly and the heavy and inconvenient typical beach umbrella is such a pain compared to this gem.

The neso 1 is perfect for two people and really saved us from getting sunburned. Great sunshade for 2-3 people. Used for a week at blazing hot, sunny florida beach.

Two people fit comfortably, but a larger one would have been nice. Perfect beach accessory. Creates enough shade to comfortable fit 2 adults.

This fit in our carry on suitcase and was lightweight. Plus, it is small enough to pack in a suitcase & only weighs 4 lbs. Is packs up very nicely and takes up maybe 1/5th the total space in a hard sided carry on bag.

For sitting this is great. I'm not sure if that is recommended, but it came out great! Highly recommend.

Sometimes it works nicely for a few minutes then the wind would lull and it drops on your head. Works semi-decently if the wind stays constant in direction and intensity. Doesn’t take much wind to destabilize.

All poles and bags have to be dug really deep. Footprint too small to really shade well.
