Pros

She also has this presto pot as one of her pressure canners and she has tested it scientifically and it worked good for her. My electric stove is not on the generator, but i do have a kitchen outlet and can still can with the nesco.

I like that it takes all the guessing out and let’s me know when the process is completed. The meals that you can make are also time savers.

Cons

Computer appears to have a glitch. One is usually at a gently boil and the third jar is never boiling.

It's now only under warranty for a replacement. It is not. What a huge disappointment. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you for saving me lots of money no more wasting of food

Definitely worth the money and highly recommend

The price has come down too so at just over 100

The trade off is worth it as this pressure canner is stress free

They had a new canner on my doorstep in a few days

I no longer have to carry the heavy canner from here to there i can just take out the inner pot for transport making things a lot easier

Packaging/appearance

That being said i am quite sad that mine arrived with a damaged control panel

This is also the same device as the carey 9

After using the nesco version a few times i ordered the carey version because the nesco was out of stock
