Pros

Temperature is exact. It frees up my stove top. Convenient, reliable, and flexible temperature control makes this appliance a must-have!

Nesco performs as expected. As a roaster it can't be beat. Nice and sturdy. This roaster is everything i had hoped it would be.

The nesco roaster is easy to clean and keeps the odor down. The removable insert is a bit stinky.

Cons

Manufacturer was in a hurry to get them to market and didn't bother to enforce quality control. Main black insert pan coating was put on poorly and was bubbling and cracking off. Stopped working after 3 uses.
