Pros
Adjusts really smoothly and cleans well. This product delivers.
My favorite is the triple shower head. The neptune dual shower head configuration is made of quality metal. Plain and simple the best shower heads.
This showerhead works exactly as advertised. The pressure even on the regular setting is great-it still feels like a light massage.
Cons
The pressure in each head is minimal and certainly far from invigorating. The showerheads are very cheap. While i believe that this company is legitimately offering a product they feel provides value to the consumer, in our case it did not work out.

For the cost you can not go wrong

I bought a 10in extension arm the same time i bought this and put the extender arm on one side to lift the one shower head up and out to improve the range
