Pros
Although the velcro wrap around the forearm does restrict expansion, it still stretches. The sleeve supports my elbow and the adjustable strap gave almost instant relief from the pain and overstrained feeling i get going down my forearm.
Fits perfectly, and its breathable fabric. Top section is a little looser than others i have but it works well. It breaths so i find it much more comfortable to wear than my older one while doing yard work.
Cons
But creates creases and folds and slips even damaging skin.

The brace comes apart due to the velcro so you dont want to use this regularly

Currently my right elbow hurts and feels weak when i do certain movements the material of this brace is strong enough providing adequate compression to diminish the pain allowing me to apply more force with my arm and its elasticity allows movement ability for daily activities but if i had to use a brace for longer than 2 hours i would choose one with even softer elastic and with adjustable strap on the other end as well

So he wears it upside down and it works ok although because he wears it upside down the forearm portion is now too long while the tricep portion is too short
