Pros
I really like that it is adjustable and made with high quality material and craftmanship, as well. Generously sized as well and otherwise impossible to find this size in stores. Thank you very much supplier.
Good sizing, breathable as well. I have several cats and a dog to feed and am in my seventies, so bending down is a necessity and can be difficult without the belt on.
The elastic adjustment straps make this extra great because you can loosen it off and still benifit from it. I have terrible lower back issues and when my back acts up, i grab this and it relieves me 100% of the time. The only downer is that it bunche... Read More
Cons
Not enough support in back area, old belt much more stiff inserts in back of belt. There isn'tany help with upper abdominal hernia. It also has some rigid material inside it that crinkle and makes noise when you move.

The other issue i have is that when i go to bend down it does slide out of place so i have to readjust it when i stand back up

I have an awful lower back that gets sore and inflamed just from walking a bit or even standing like in the kitchen making dinner
