Pros
Wears it low on hips to stabilize si joints. Wishes it came with umbilical hernia pad. Helps against umbilical hernia pain.
Tricking my mind. Works great. Fast delivery. It helps! Worked thirty five years as an ironworker.
Cons
This does what it is supposed to do but it is very stiff and scratchy. There are others on amazon that are easier to wear. Velcro didn't hold, comes loose.

I orderd a few more to have because i need these belts and ive tried so many and they are either too wide or made poorly

The cons of this are just like most belts like this the material is hard and scratchy against your skin
