Pros
It sands well with 220 grit to scuff off the smooth oxidized layer for better bonding. Perfect for a mechanical cushion on my frame.
Product as advertised. Hardness is sufficient for application. Although my application doesn't stress the product tremendously i have no doubt it could withstand a lot.
Used gorilla two part epoxy as adhesive. Use it for dampening minimal vibrations or as a non-sealing gasket.
Cons
Strong odor. Had to return it. Don't know if i was refunded or not.

The only downside ive seen so far is that this neoprene sheeting is shipped tightly rolled up thus the material has some residual curvature and does not lay flat
