Hard plastic rubs against gums and inner cheek, leaving cuts in the soft, sensitive flesh. The shape of the teeth are too narrow for my jaw. My jaw is an absolute mess after 8 hours of use.
Tried this for snoring. Feels like it constricts air flow, leaving me gasping for air at times.
