If youre not sure in regards to which way it is supposed to rest in your mouth as far as the molding process goes i have attached a picture

Make sure to push with your tongue during the molding process for the lower part of the jaw and also to press on your lips in order for it to mold successfully

Do not exceed the lower jaw foward projection in the molding process
