Pros
Easy to mould (just follow the directions). No more snoring. More beefy than others i’ve tried so gives you a few more tries if the moulding isn’t perfect. Unless you have a real crooked mandible, it all aligns in time.
Stops snoring and bruxism without cutting my cheeks. Helps with snoring as long as i keep off my back. Allows for a much more restful sleep.
Cons
It's too big, makes my jaw ache after awhile. No doubt your teeth would be messed up after wearing this every night for months.

So for the cost i couldnt expect a custom fit and honestly didnt have high hopes for it to be that effective but if you sleep next to a snorer then you know that doesnt matter
