Do make sure you condition the boards prior to use and do not put them in the dishwasher or they will be ruined

Also do not let your wood cutting boards soak in any type of water or leave anything on them

I used these exclusively to cut up some veggies i was using in snacks for july 4th and no matter how hard i chopped or anything theres no indication that they arent brand new

It doesnt matter for me but perhaps if you have storage requirements for perfectly rectangular items these wont be your jam
