It actually connected to my wifi which is upstairs in the craftroom beside the home computer in a couple of seconds

I have used it so much since i got it that i flattened the battery which by the way arrived ready charged

The wifi connected straight away with no issues and the blutooth connected straight away to the betron cube speaker that i also bought to accompany the tablet as almost all the reviews claimed the max volume is low

Well its failings are relative to the kindle rather than absolute the device is eminently usable and no machine is perfect
