I also wanted to balance out the negative review since i had the exact opposite experience
the directions recommend leaving it on for 2040 minutes which is the only downside to this product i dont often have half an hour i can spend with goop on my face
I gooped this product on fairly thickly especially on the areas of my face that are particularly dry and then left it on for the full 40 minutes
