The only drawback is the length of time you have to preheat the stone before use. Put the pan in cold over & heat it as oven preheats. Then add food to it.
The only drawback is that the ones available locally tend to be too large to fit on the stone. Overall, this does the job and is of good value.
The pallet is made of bamboo and seems durable. The cutter is the rocker type, with a bamboo handle, and works well.
Quality of the product is outstanding. Not a product issue; more my novice technique. Also the accessories look good.
Cons
Stone has almost a sandpaper bottom and scratched my stove. Thirdly doesn't clean well at all. Terribly uneven cooking using this stone.
