Pros
The neoprene material protects my dog's elbow from chaffing. We have a dog with a broken elbow that won't fuse so we use this just as protection. He is older and likes to sleep on the hardwood floor to keep cool, which aggravates the callus.

After a few washes as it gets stinky if the dog sleeps in it or is active the seems start to break down

She has had this elbow callous all her life and once in awhile it gets aggravated infected and bleeds occasionally
