Wrist and medium fits just right including the thumb hole. Es muy útil para el soporte.
Helps with night aches & pains. Keeps palms and wrists comfortably compressed. Definitely helps relieve arthritis/carpal tunnel pain.
Nice compression sleeve to help with my sore wrist. I have puppies that like to jump up and scratch my arms.
Cons
If you'd like numbing pressure in the middle of your hand and no wrist support, this is the product for you. Tags rub on the inside of my left forearm and the outside of my right. These are very flimsy and smelled awful even after washing.

I ordered the small size and have very small hands bit it still rubs the area around my thumb which causes considerable discomfort when worn for hours
