As it was a rather expensive jar of honey if these claims were true and was bought for my daughter who has crohns disease i needed to know if i had wasted my money

I contacted the company with my concernsthe manager replied immediately explaining that umf is only a trade name and that the methylglyoxal is the anti bacterial component and that they dont process it it is only warmed to the same temperature as the hives

They said if i provided the batch number they could show the certificate of testing the product which i did the two certificates were sent showing authenticity
