Pros

The product i received looks a bit different to the one that's pictured - more robust! Easy to use and very sturdy. Would fully recommend.

It's one of those tools that you don't realise you need. Used to remove wiper arms from qashqai in order to repair wiper linkage. Simple job providing you use plenty of wd40 in advance to * stub splines.

Cons

The ends of the puller are so soft they just bend off the minute they have any pressure put on them. Bent the end lugs after just one use.
