I had used the gel and nasal spray prior to this but i now find this to be the most effective for me maybe that is because it is not a gel based product

This is great and works really well but contact lens saline solution is the same so i probably wouldnt waste your money until youre really married to the spray mist technology they have

This product works well but needs to be used alongside another irrigation technique like nasaflow
