The poor rating is purely for the piece of * plastic neti pot that comes with it. Amazon states it is not returnable even though it is defective. This is not amazon's fault, this was a manufacturing defect.
This is not the neti pot to buy. This renders the items basically useless. Skip this cash grab.

My only issue is there is a significant seam on the spout that is sharp so it hurts a bit on the inner nose
