Neewer dc-38q are the best and cheapest arca-swiss type plates i can find. Comes with everything that you need, expect the bolt or screw in the middle to attached it to the original mount or tripod.

I got these to go with my lumix g85 which is in a smallrig cage to have quick disconnect on my tripods and articulating arms
They are also two big for sony action cams gopros sony rx 100 and smaller 4k camcorders like the sony ax53
Sometimes i have joby ballhead x on these monopods and that uses a arcaswiss system

I removed the little stop pins as i was mounting on a vertical copy stand and i didnt want to loosen so much and tilt the camera out but just slide it out sideways

I guess they figured that you would have the bolt from the previous plate

In my case i had to drill the hole bigger and i also had to taper the top part so the bolt can go in and not stick out since the plate would not go in because the bolt would be on the way
