With full control of brightness with a small knob on the bottom you can get any amount of light you need to get the right picture

I am able to light my entire room at night with it as if it were my own light that is already installed

The plastic diffuser rings do feel a tad bit loose when placed on but i am not worried that they will fall out i tried shaking a little and they did not come out of place
