Each one works really well as designed, and i would recommend either. Just had total knee replacement on my left knee. Neenca is surprisingly affordable with its features like some of the “pricier brands!
Make sure and measure as instructed. Size chart seems accurate, i did get a good fit. It feels snug enough except on my knee cap where i needed it to be snug.
Silicone along the top on inside helps to keep brace from slipping down. Stays in place without sliding up/down during activity. Two support rods on the sides to help stabilize the knee.

I didnt feel like this helped a whole lot with knee injuries and wasnt that comfortable to wear underneath clothes
