Pros

Does what it promises by relieving my pain in upper spine back area and also my lower neck! It works for me. I am very glad some invented this little device.

It relieves shoulder and neck pain and improves my posture. The position makes my shoulder blades pain disappear. Because you are laying down when using it, it feels very safe.

This neck stretcher really works on that knot! And that stretch feels great! I do stretches all the time but this device performs a stretch you can do on your own.

Cons

It's so flimsy it bowed immediately. It's been used, the foam is torn. Once you lay on this it doesn’t pop ur back like it was advertised to do all it does is make it worse.

A cheap, worthless health gimmick. Amazon needs to reconsider allowing this company to scam people with garbage products.
