Pros

Size is perfect for use as an end-pillow/bolster pillow on the couch. The aesthetics of the covers (they include a second cover) require an additional pillowcase.

Comes with two covers and an extra bag of memory foam so you can make it even firmer. Thankful there is an extra one and hope it doesn’t break. Would absolutely purchase again.

The pillow has a zipper on the inside so you can remove filling or add more if needed. It also comes with additional stuffing in case. The inside cover holds the foam and zips so you could adjust the density of the foam.

Cons

It's so stiff that i can feel my pulse and my neck absolutely ached for days after using. Also it's ugly.
